Hi, I'm Sadiq. I build the systems that keep small businesses running.

For 3–5 years I've worked behind the scenes for accounting and tax firms, agencies and small businesses abroad: onboarding their clients, chasing their paperwork, automating their follow-ups and keeping their tech working. NeatlyReady is where I turn that work into ready-made solutions anyone can use.

What I do

I started as a virtual assistant and IT support specialist for clients overseas, mostly through Upwork, where I'm Top Rated with a 100% Job Success score. The work kept pointing at the same problem: small firms lose hours every week to admin that follows the same pattern every time. So I started building systems for it.

  • CRM systems on GoHighLevel: pipelines, workflows, custom objects, funnels, calendars, review funnels and email and SMS sequences that capture, follow up and book on their own.
  • AI agents and chatbots: Instagram and Facebook lead-qualification bots that push qualified leads into a pipeline, Claude- and Grok-based assistants, and bots tested with structured scripts before they go live.
  • Voice AI: AI receptionists and outbound callers built with Retell AI, ElevenLabs and Twilio, connected to the CRM.
  • Self-hosted assistants: private AI agents on a server you own, with memory and a confirmation step before anything is sent.
  • Automation with n8n and Zapier: scheduled deadline scanners, follow-up engines, webhook intake and API integrations with GoHighLevel, Xero and Google Workspace.
  • Accounting and tax firm operations: client onboarding chains, filing-deadline reminders, client portals and checklists, and AI-assisted bookkeeping with human review.
  • Quality assurance: reviewing funnels, workflows and bots across 10+ client accounts in healthcare, construction, nonprofits and local services before anything reaches a customer.

How I build

  • Rules first, AI second. Fixed rules handle everything predictable; AI only handles the genuinely unclear cases.
  • Draft before send. New automations run in draft-only mode first, so a person approves every message until the system has earned trust.
  • Verify, don't guess. I check the live system and confirm data actually saved, instead of trusting a success message.
  • Safe with client data. ID numbers never go into automated messages, SMS always has consent and an opt-out, and every build is documented so your team can own it.

How NeatlyReady products are made

  1. Used for real first. Every template or system starts as something I've built and run for actual client work.
  2. Cleaned up for anyone. Anything specific to one business is removed. No client data ever goes into a product.
  3. Tested as a buyer. Each one is set up from scratch in a fresh account, with sample data and a short guide, so you can be running the same day.

How the guides are written

The guides describe how things work in practice, not theory. When I mention a tool, it's one I've used. When I recommend a tool, I list alternatives so you're never locked into one choice. Some links may be affiliate links, and that never decides what I recommend (see the privacy policy). Guides about tax firms cover running the practice, not tax law, so always check technical tax questions with a qualified professional.
